- 1/2 pint raspberries
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 5 oz. Sirius 56% chocolate
- 2 c. half and half
- 1 c. heavy cream
- 1 egg
- 1 t. vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
very very good. Texture is good but not perfect. Nice background flavor of raspberries.
